Légaré – Partner and
General Director.
Responsible for business development, new project acquisition.
Has 30 years of experience in project management and development,
including 20 years of experience with international projects.
Worked for 20 years for SNC-Lavalin, one of the largest international
companies in engineering and construction, with its head office in
Canada and representative offices in 30 countries, starting as a
construction manager and finally as a vice-president. Has worked and
lived in France, Algeria, Mexico, Turkey, Taiwan and Russia.
In 2003, created Proma Estate.
Henrik H.
Rasmussen – Partner and
Managing Director.
Responsible for business development, new project acquisition and
follow-up.
Has experience in Russia of managing and successfully concluding
project and property management projects for Proma Estate. Has
worked in project management for a total of 7 years.
Previously, managed an engineering company in Denmark (1990-2000), a
Danish software development company (2000-2002) and a software
development and IT company in New York (2003-2006).
Sara Da
Costa – Technical
Director.
Responsible for project management.
Has 9 years of experience in construction as a project manager, mostly
in the field of water and sewerage for industrial developments.
Has worked in France, Lebanon, Israel, Syria, Senegal, Morocco and
Russia.
